Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule a training session, please let us know well in advance. Whilst we appreciate that patient care can (and does) bring unavoidable situations that make attending these sessions impossible, please note that repeated cancellations will be referred to senior management at your hospital trust for review. Any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact your trainer to discuss.
